Case Management : Interview Section

The case management interview section presents questions or action items for each role, following a dynamic and logical incident management playbooks sequence aligned with the NIST CSF 2.0 and tailored from the interactions of the users.

The main aspects of the interview section are:

• the interview question or action (item) itself
• The interview item status
• the files, comments and costs documented for the current interview item
• the governance references related to the interview item (NIST CSF, CMMC, ...)
