Tenant and user statistics
From left to right, the banner presents active case and active task statistics for the tenant and for the current user.
Active cases by severity
This section breaks down currently active cases by severity level.
- Tenant: Total number of active cases in each severity across the tenant.
- User: Number of active cases in each severity that are assigned to the current user.
Use this view to quickly identify high-severity backlog and ownership.
Active tasks by severity
This section breaks down currently active tasks by severity level.
- Tenant: Total number of active tasks in each severity across the tenant.
- User: Number of active tasks in each severity that are assigned to the current user.
Use this view to monitor task execution pressure and prioritize urgent work.
