Documenting a Case Impact

A crucial part of each case management is the precise documentation of the know impact details on confidentiality, integrity and availability aspects.


At any time during the management of a case, or when prompted by the interview, the user can create an impact item and simply fill-in the known details.



When an impact has been documented, it can be edited by clicking on its title in the impacts section below the interview.


If the location details are known and documented in the impact form, the impact will be shown on the map according to the location details.
