Help & support are key components of Breach Commander.
Users can easily access the help & support section via the contextual menu, clicking the "Support" item.

Then, the help & support dialog presents various options to reach out to out support team or get inline help and documentation.

The easiest way is to choose "Open the support form", which allows the user to fill a support request and display documentation articles right from where they were in the Breach Commander experience.

Clicking "Get Support" displays the customer support ticket form, which allows the user to conveniently open a support request to customer care. The use will receive a confirmation email that their support request has been opened, and interactions with customer care will continue by email.
