Overview
Accessing Breach Commander is simple.
Login page
When you access Breach Commander online, you are greeted with a classical connection page requiring you username and password.
Also, the login page requires the user's multifactor authentication code to proceed. The MFA code is defined on the user's first login, by scanning the QR graphic displayed by Breach Commander through an authenticator application.
Access to multiple tenants
After login, users with access rights to multiple Breach Commander environments (Tenants) are prompted for the Tenant they wish to access on their first use, or get automatically redirected to the last Tenant accessed for subsequent connections. it is possible to switch Tenants from the user menu.
Once inside
Once inside, Breach Commander shows you your dashboard page, with your recent cases and Tenant statistics and information.
You can access a recent case by clicking on its name, or head over to the full cases list from the menu.
Creating a case
Creating a new case is done with the New Case menu option. For the detailed procedure, got to the article titled "Create a case".
