Managing a case : Overview

Breach Commander is built as an interview process with supporting functions.

The main parts are:

• the interview : shows as a flow of questions or action items for each User assigned a role in the Case (Commander, Business Lead, Technical Lead, Audit Lead);
• the dash: presents an informational dashboard about the Case. Can be hidden to focus on the interview;
• the menu: presents relevant case support actions and navigation;
• the chat toggles: show or hide the business and technical chat panels.
• the chat panels: easy chat windows displayed next to the case (not show here).
